Marignolle Relais & Charme is an elegant property situated on the Marignolle hill, one of Florence’s most beautiful residential hills. Our key advantage is our proximity to the historic center, just 4 kilometers from Porta Romana, while remaining immersed in the greenery of the Florentine hills, surrounded by cypress trees, olive groves, and vineyards.

The property is set in a rural environment typical of the Florentine countryside, yet it exudes elegance and luxury; the interiors feature antique furniture and fine drapery and upholstery.
Each room is unique in terms of layout and décor. Fine parquet flooring creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Bathrooms feature double marble-inset sinks, with the toilet and bidet separated by a door, as is the spacious shower. Custom-built wardrobes in every room offer ample storage space, making them suitable even for extended stays.
The relais offers 10 rooms, including Deluxe rooms with either a double bed or twin beds (with the option to add a third bed), Deluxe Double rooms with a private patio or garden, Junior Suites, and Superior Junior Suites suitable for families.
Breakfast, which is included in the rate, is served in the elegant gazebo/heated winter garden during the colder months that opens up to the surrounding greenery in warmer weather.
The Relais has the feel of a cozy, comfortable private home where guests feel as at ease as they would in their own residence.
The swimming pool, equipped with sun loungers and deckchairs, is available to guests from May to October and is situated in a quiet location, away from the flow of guest or staff traffic. The
ground-floor rooms feature French doors opening onto the outdoors, allowing guests to enjoy the garden at any time during their stay (some rooms include a private patio).
The relaxation area, boasting panoramic views of the hills, features a two-person hot tub and an infrared sauna; exclusive access is reserved for each room. Relaxing massages are available upon request.
Our guests typically travel by taxi or in their own vehicles. It takes approximately 10 minutes to reach the historic center and the train station by taxi. For guests arriving by car, we offer ample parking; the Firenze Impruneta motorway exit is just 3.5 kilometers away. To visit the historic center, guests can leave their cars at the Porta Romana car park and continue on foot. A bus stop is also located just a short walk away.
We organize private tours for our guests, including winery visits with tastings throughout the Chianti Classico region, Siena, and San Gimignano, as well as traditional Tuscan cooking classes with our Chef Silvia, followed by a tasting dinner.
Dinners for Relais guests are served in the gazebo/winter garden.
